She is always introducing new techniques and great music, as well as working on proper form to make her spin classes cutting edge. When not teaching spin, Sherrie is working hard with her own Jewelry and Accessories business and driving her kids all over creation. Favorite hobbies: working out, hiking, biking, and eating.
Sydney Harris
My name is Sydney but I love being called syd! I'm known as the girl who is always smiling and loves to have a gret time! This year I am a junior at Bridgewater raritan high school, I used to play lacrosse, which I played for 6 years, but I have found a new love, more like a passion....spinning. There is no better feeling to me than spinning. I have truly fallen in love with spin and in the few classes I've taught I've used great music, and love bringing my positive energy and attitude to the class! In college I hope to major in exercise physiology and one day open up my own gym and spin studio and become a nutritionist! I love being healthy and encouraging health on others! One thing I love to say is: learn to love the burn...and you definitely will in my class!

Since then her love of cycling has broadened and she now competes in triathlons around the area. Megan likes to work hard with her own training and enjoys seeing the same passion in her students. She will motivate you to push past your comfort zone and get the most from your ride.
